Better than I expected. I took my 2003 VW Passat in for alignment. They started work on time and gave me a printout of before and after results. They also test drove the car. Very professional. I was very impressed.

Very nice people. I got snowed in while visiting friends out of state and wasn’t able to make my appointment, they were flexible and rescheduled- AND allowed me to use my voucher still (since it expired while I was out of town). The only negative was my car did smell heavily of cigarette smoke after my oil change, thankfully it aired out quickly driving with the windows down.

Scheduled a 4 wheel alignment and when I left, I had an alignment, 4 new tires, and a oil change. I was getting the alignment so I could go price tires aftwards. When I told him why I was getting the alignment so I go get new tires, he made me and offer for 4 new tires and synthetic oil change that I simply couldn't refuse! Didn’t get the main guys name, but he was absolutely amazing. Got me a appointment for today at 8:oo am. Waiting room was so clean, along with bathroom, free coffee, hand sanitizer and masks if needed. Today was the 3rd time I have used Poinsett Tire Pros, and I am very happy with their work. Very friendly every time (only really dealt with one guy... bald guy who is usually at the desk in the mornings, sorry bud, forgot yer name). I had 4 tires replaced on my Honda, a rotate and balance on my Dodge truck, and today I had my oil changed. They took a nail out of my tire that I acquired between the time I made my appoint and the day I got there to get my tires R&B, and plugged it for free. All in all good service.

I have been to Poinsett Tire Pros twice, both times during dire times with a flat. During both visits I was treated respectfully and the gentleman that took care of me was professional. They were able to get me in on the spot and had my tires patched up quick (30 mins max and even less than that.) Great price too.

Picked up a large screw/nail in one of my tires. Was told by an independent mechanic friend I definitely needed a new tire. Jiffy Lube (right by my house) said they don't plug, only patch.. and at an outrageous price. Took it to Poinsett Tire Pros and the owner assured me I definitely didn't need a new tire, and a plug was fine. Left out of there for less than $20. Highly recommend!

They were thorough in diagnosis and honest with what needs immediate attention, (NO added B.S. and charges) just straight shooters. The mechanics I spoke to were without a doubt vey experienced, knowledgeable on all topics, and communicated well. The lobby/waiting area was clean and had comfortable feel. No complaints on my behalf. Received a quote for my fix, was fairly priced with an honest labor rate. I come to them every time I have a tire problem. This morning I was headed out of town when I noticed my back tire was a little flat. I found that there was a tire lodged in the tire. When I explained that I was headed out of town and needed to be there in a couple hours, the got me in and out of the shop in 30 minutes. Very happy with the service I received, as I always am. Even if I am not pressed for time, they usually get me out of the shop within an hour or two. The staff is always very friendly. Waiting area has a nice TV, massage chair, coffe bar, and free wifi!

As so typical in the automotive world, there's usually a general information gap between population & service providers. If you're willing to listen & pay attention, they won't mislead you. Auto repair is costly, get used it, or take the bus.

Had the folks here replace a wheel bearing. They got it in and out same day, but I still had issues. When I brought it back, they acknowledged the problem (the replacement bearing was bad) and they corrected the issue same day with no additional charge. They took responsibility and fixed the issue. That goes a long way with me. Will definitely go back when I need more work done.

Fast honest service, had me in and out quickly. Asked about a idle issue and was told with the low amount of mileage i should take it to the dealer for warranty service. There was oil on the throttle body which can be a result of a leaky seal. Free WIFI, TV, plenty of seating, cool decor.. When in the Greenville, SC area definitely get your service here..
